About Us

Richard Haro Drafting and Planning Services Inc. was started by Richard Haro in 1977. We Incorporated our business in 1988. Richard Haro is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and Studied Design and Drafting under apprenticeship with Dick Finnegan Inc. Richard Haro has the additional experience of having worked as a carpenter, and along side his father in construction for 20 years. The office began as a one room, one desk operation. However, because of a commitment to the best customer service, quality designs, and accurate plans to work from, we are now a 5 person office doing about 100 jobs per year. Los Altos - San Luis Project Week 4 Update

This past week we have completed all the rough framing, rough mechanical, rough electrical, and plumbing. The rough all inspection was done today, so its time to move on to insullation and then sheet rock next week.

Los Altos San Luis Project Week 2

For week two of this bathroom remodel, we wil be finishing up the framing. That includes installing the pocket door and doing the rough opening for the skylight that is to be ordered this week. Below are the plans for this remodel to give you an idea of what the finished project will be. We will follow up with a progress report at the end of this week.

Los Altos Project - San Luis

We have started the complete remodel of a bathroom in Los Altos. We have started by completely demoing the existing bathroom, and framing is now under way.
