About Us

Richard Haro Drafting and Planning Services Inc. was started by Richard Haro in 1977. We Incorporated our business in 1988. Richard Haro is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and Studied Design and Drafting under apprenticeship with Dick Finnegan Inc. Richard Haro has the additional experience of having worked as a carpenter, and along side his father in construction for 20 years. The office began as a one room, one desk operation. However, because of a commitment to the best customer service, quality designs, and accurate plans to work from, we are now a 5 person office doing about 100 jobs per year. Saratoga - Paul Ave. Project

We are also doing a brand new house, from the ground up, in Saratoga. We completely demolished the original house, including the foundation. (See video of the demo in our video log at the bottom of the page.) We have already installed the new foundation, and are now constructing the subfloor. The underfloor mechanical has been installed, and this week the underfloor plumbing is going in.(see pics below).

The Palo Alto Bryant St. Project

We are also well into construction for a remodel in Palo Alto.

The Scope of Work consists of:

SINGLE STORY ADDITION OF PORCH AT THE FRONT ENTRY

SECOND STORY ADDITION OF A BEDROOM

REMODEL OF AN EX BATH TO CREATE AN ENTRY INTO THE NEW BEDROOM

We have done the underfloor work and are now doing the framing.

The Los Altos San Luis Job - Completed

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to update this in awhile.....again. Since our last post we have completed the bathroom remodel in Los Altos. Final inspection was a few weeks ago. Below are some pictures of the finished project.
