We are breaking ground (literally) on a new project in Los Altos. This is going to be a complete remodel. Right now we are demoing the back porch, to be followed shortly by the pool. Below is the proposed floor plan for the remodel, as well as some pics of what the house looks like currently.
It's been awhile since our last update, and this current project is on the home stretch. The addition has been fully framed. Sheetrock has been added to the inside, and the stucco lath had been installed on the outside. The entire roof was also replaced. Check out the photos below to see how far it's come.

Here's another update on our master bedroom addition in campbell. Since the last update, the rough framing, roofing, electrical, and plumbing have been completed. The first stucco treatment will be added this week.
